Banner Add to home screen not working

    Hello,

    I have installed and configured the plugin at this url https://izoki.eus/
    However, when I access with the mobile device, the banner does not appear to add to the home screen.

    I have tried clearing the cache and in several devices, and still the banner does not appear ??

    Can you help me?

    Please check for any conflicts with other plugins or the theme, as such issues can occur due to conflicts. Try disabling all other plugins and see if the banner appears. Then, re-enable plugins one by one to identify the conflicting one. If the issue persists, please let us know.

    Hello, thank you for your help.

    I have tried deactivating all plugins and activating the default WordPress theme and unfortunately the banner still does not appear when I access the url from any device.

    Also, my website does not have any kind of cache enabled.

    Can you help me find a solution?

    I finally see the banner ?? Clearing the app’s storage data has worked.
