Banner advertisement

I do not use or wish to use this plugin, which I’d never even heard of, but I just logged into the administrative dashboards for my sites and was greeted with the site of a prominent unsolicited banner for your product. I can’t tell from this code what component may be placing the banner:

Not only is this obnoxious, the image is embedded content, so you’ve just transmitted my IP address to a third party without my consent. If I had logged-in users other than me, it would create legal liability for me, which is not something I take lightly.

What is placing this banner? How can I remove it? And above all, what made you think this was remotely acceptable? As I said, I had never heard of your plugin, but after this, I will NEVER use it under any circumstances. Talk about bad faith.
