Banner and cookie policy not in the correct langage

    Hello

    My whole website is in Spanish but the banner is displayed in French (my client is a french man living in spain).

    I have no translate file to update…

    Can you help my please ?

    Hi @romolivier,

    If your Site Language (WordPress > Settings > General) has already been set to Spanish, you can reset the Cookie Banner texts to their Spanish defaults by clicking “Reset to default” under Complianz > Cookie Banner > General.

    Please note that performing the aforementioned “Reset” action will reset the Cookie Banner’s styles as well, not just the texts.

    Done but it had no effect. The banner is still displaying in french.

    Hi @romolivier,

    The policy now seems in Spanish.

    The reset as explained above should do the job, but you can use this sandbox to copy/paste and adjust the banner text manually:
