Banner disappear without constitutes acceptance of cookies ?

    Actually, it is possible to make the banner disappear if the user does nothing, but this is considered as an acceptance of cookies.

    My client absolutely insists that this is not considered an acceptance…

    He wants that if the user does nothing, the banner disappears (without accepting cookies), and that on a next visit, the banner reappears to encourage him to make a choice.

    How to make the disappearance of the banner constitute a “pending choice”?
