Banner does not show up

  • I installed the app and saved app id. However, the banner does not show up. What’s wrong?

    The banner appears when I view the page. What browser are you using? (It only works in Safari.) Did you see it once and press the ‘X’ in the corner?

    That’s strange… I used Safari on iPhone. I did not see and click the x in the corner.
