    Hi @chibikinoko,

On this specific page, the jQuery library is not included. This WordPress standard is used to show the banner. Am I correct in saying this is not a WordPress template? On first sight it seems only functional cookies are set (Stripe cookies for fraud protection) so in this case you won’t need a banner for this specific website.

It’s not possible to show a cookie banner from Complianz outside of WordPress, even if you use the same domain as the plugin is installed and relies on WordPress functionality,

    Hope this helps,

    regards Aert

Hi ! thanks for your fast answers !
By WordPress template you mean a file started with the directive ‘Template Name’ isn’t it ? My file is inside WordPress.

Oh thanks ! but I think i’ll would be still using the banner.

I include the jQuery library but still doesn’t work ??

    Hi @chibikinoko,

It seems to work now, I think we can close the issue?
