Banner Image Appears on Seemingly Random Page

Hi WordPress Users,
Anyone else have this problem? The guy who designed the website for me used this plugin for the homepage but for reasons unknown, one of the images designed for the homepage appears at the top of a single page.
I can’t for the life of me work out how to turn it off.
Protips?
