banner image in preview?

Hello, I think I am going to love Neve once I get it started. I have been trying to make the transition work in preview mode, but can’t find the container for the banner image and banner text in the customizer. I can load a background image, but it is obviously not the header banner image, as it fills the screen behind my page texts. Is there any way to load the banner image before activating the theme? I did not get a pop up to load elementor pages after installing Neve. Is that the only way to get the banner container?
