Banner is no showing

    I turn off the plugin cache, and check uploads folder for 755 permission, but still can`t see cookie banner.

    pls help!

    Hi @sleepyeye,

    I don’t see Complianz enabled on your subdomain. Is this a custom theme? It could be you’re missing the wp_footer() or wp_head() hooks.

    Yes, its custom-theme and there wasnt this hooks, that was right. But after I add hook, still the same issue.

    Hi @sleepyeye,

    The easiest way to rule out a theme-related conflict would be to temporarily switch to a WordPress default theme, such as Twenty Twenty, and verifying whether the Cookie Banner appears upon doing so.

    Could you check if the Cookie Banner appears on a default theme?

    Hi @jarnovos,

    Yes, it was custom-theme problem… + my distraction. I add wp_head to the header, get_header and get_footer the the pages… and I forgotten about wp_footer in footer.

    So thank you both for your help and I leave it for other people:

    If you use custom-theme chceck twice that you have hooks:
    wp_head(); in header.php between <head></head> html tags
    wp_footer(); in footer.php between <footer></footer> html tags
