Banner not activated

    Hello. I use a free license with a limit of 2000 views per month. A new month has come, but the banner is not activated, an error appears: “This pop-up cannot be activated because it reached the max. number of views (in combination with all your other pop-ups) allowed in your plan.”

    Hello @hummerh3,

    Monthly period is calculated from the date when you started using plan, rather than start of the month by the calendar.

    If you still believe there is a mistake in the calculation, please let us know what is your website domain.

    Hey @hummerh3 ,

    Your quota start period is August 16th, and it will reset for the new monthly period on September 15th, and so on.
