Banner Not Displaying

The banner is displayed based on the page template hook that is called by the theme template.

Make certain that your theme and template hook up to display the banner.

If the default template hook is missing in your custom theme, then it will not work.

If you are using the custom theme for your site, it might be possible it does not work.

Please share the theme name or share report so we can check it in detail.

For System Report go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs > copy and paste it here.

After conducting a thorough review, we have identified the theme you are currently using as “Creator – Theme for Handmade Artisans.”

This theme is integrated with the “WPBakery Page Builder” and utilizes a custom template that does not support the default banner display.

Our plugin includes an advanced feature called “Set banner in top?” designed to facilitate the placement of banners at the top for custom templates. However, this feature isn’t available in the light version.
