Banner not showing

I installed this, plugin, activated it. Followed the directions and uploaded a banner image to the product category, but it’s not showing up on the page.

I disabled all other plugins (except for woocommerce) and switched to the twentytwelve theme, and it still wouldn’t show up.

Running WordPress 3.9.1

Please help.
