Banner Not Showing after CookieYes GCM Configuration

    Hello! I’m having problems after the configuration of Google Consent Mode on CookieYes.

    I had successfully configured CookieYes on my site with the plugin and connecting to the web app.

    Then I followed your guide:

    And I noticed that after applying the code on GTM, the banner stopped showing up on site. Console shows this error:
    Uncaught RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded at Array.concat ()
    at document.createElement

    I searched for this error and in other posts you mention the problem could be the CookieYes code duplicated. That means I wouldn’t be able to use the CookieYes plugin and your GTM code?

    While using the CookieYes plugin, you should follow method 2 in this?documentation?to implement Google consent mode.

    Does it also work following method 1 by GTM and unninstalling the CookieYes plugin?

    I see that after using web app, the configurations in plugin are not necessary anymore. Or does the plugin is necessary for any reason to work properly in wordpress?

    Hi @rafaelzrt,

    You can disconnect the plugin from CookieYes and then deactivate it to utilize method 1 of GCM implementation.
