    Hello,
I’m using your plugin and am quite happy with it ??
There is still an issue that is embarrassing:
After trying multiple times quite quickly to click: “manage preferences” -“save preferences” -“manage preferences” “save preferences” and so on the banner doesn’t show any more. (the cmplz-soft-cookiewall is still showed, but the banner stays “display: none”). Sometimes it happens only after two preferences changes..

    kind regards
    Veronika

    Hi @liluli,

Let’s start at the beginning: we have just released Complianz 6.0, in which many features of the plugin have been reworked entirely. As a result, it could very well be the case that the issue you mentioned is no longer present from that version and upwards.

Could you update to check whether that is the case?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi @liluli,

Thank you for the quick reply as well.

Could you please attempt/verify the points below:

    1) Please try saving your Cookie Banner settings once, clear/purge cache of any active caching plugins on the site, and check the front-end to see if the error has disappeared.

    2) Under Settings > General, could you verify that your Site URL and WordPress URL been set to the correct address of your website? If your website is on https://, please ensure that the Site URL and WordPress URL are set accordingly.

    Just let me know!

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi @jarnovos @liluli

I have exactly the same problem as @liluli when updating Complianz to version 6.0.0.

I have performed the steps indicated by @jarnovos, but even so, I still have the problem, do I downgrade the plugin? I can’t have my website without cookie consent …

Hi @davidlambda Would it be possible for you to create a separate thread for this issue, and perhaps provide an URL to the website in question as well? These issues can look very similar, but they could have entirely different causes.

Hi @davidlambda, @jarnovos , in my case I had a problem with write rules on “wp-content/uploads” folder… The previous version of plugin didn’t create css files in it, so I wasn’t aware of the problem.

@jarnovos, thanks a lot my problem was solved with the update!
