Banner not working in categories or mobile

    I just added a banner to this category, but it does not show up.
    Also on the category editing the image of the banner dissapears after saving the category…

    Aditionally, the banner working on the store front is not visible on smartphones…

    how to correct please?

    Hello sbraunm,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    This type of issue might be come if your current theme or another plugin CSS conflict with our plugin and it might be not work.

    Can you please share your system report so, we can check the theme and plugin version and related details and get back to you with testing the same configuration.

    For system report, go to Woocommerce -> Status -> System status and click on Get system report and copy and paste here.

    If you want to test your query at your side then, please first deactivate all the plugin except our plugin and woocommerce with default woocommerce theme(Twenty Sixteen).

    Also, our plugin is using with the default woocommerce hooks so please make sure that, all the default hooks called by your theme like “woocommerce_before_shop_loop”.
