    Hi @phillbenoit,

The Facebook banner is being blocked by Firefox due to a Firefox setting that blocks content from third-party websites. The technical name for this is a CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) Error. To fix this, you’ll need to adjust your website server settings to tell Firefox to allow the images from Facebook to be displayed. You can do this with the help of your web host or install a WordPress plugin like Enable CORS.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Best Regards,

I tried installing your recommended plugin. I turned on all the features and deleted my cache but I still have the same problem.

    Hi @phillbenoit,

In that case we’ll need to do more advanced troubleshooting. To further investigate the issue, please submit a support request via the form on our website,?https://smashballoon.com/support/, and include the System Info.?

To obtain this information, please follow the steps on this page: https://smashballoon.com/doc/how-to-get-system-info. We ask you to use our form, as the System Info contains other website information from your site, which we do not suggest posting here.

Please let me know if you have questions.
