Banner on top of header pages?

Hi, great plugin, I have it working in the posts but don’t know how to make the banners show in the header or at the top of every page. I understand I need to put the code in the appropriate php file but not sure where or how. I installed code snippet plugin and insert header and footer. Thank you for your help. I use wordpress.com
