    Hi, I have previously given you a 5 star review on WordPress, I find that the banner in the backend asking for another review is intrusive and should not be there.

    Please remove it.

    You can close this banner and it shouldn’t be shown anymore.

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I have over the last few days tried many times to close the banner, the next time I open the website it re-appears.

    Seems like something is not right.

    Is the plugin version the latest? Please, deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled and then activate it again.

    1. Enter the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPess Dashboard.
    4. Then activate it.
    5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)

    Unfortunately after carrying out your instructions no change has been noticed,k the banner still appears.

    The version of CleanTalk that is installed is; 6.1
