Banner showing as plain text

Hi,

I’ve used simple banner in the past without issue. Now when I activate it, it looks fine when I’m logged in to the site. However, when I log out, the banner changes to a white background with slim black text. I’ve tried clearing the site cache via wp rocket, but made no difference. Thank you
