Banner stopped showing

Inspecting the source reveals that the following CSS style is active in the stylesheet associated with your Theme, which hides the Cookie Banner:

#cc-window.cc-floating {
     display: none;
}

Removing “display: none;” will make the Cookie Banner re-appear.

I removed “display: none;” but didn’t help.
I noticed when I have an active pop-up from the pup-up builder plugin
cookie banner also appears, when I disable another pop-up, the cookie banner do not work again

Please try viewing the website in Incognito mode after making changes, as your browser might still have the ‘old’ version in its cache and this can make it display incorrectly.

The pop-up builder plugin should not have an influence on the Complianz Cookie banner. If you can disable this extra pop-up, I will check if the Cookie Banner appears as it should on my end.

The Cookie Banner on your website works fine when I visit the website. I’ve tried this in multiple browsers and from different devices, it shows up every time.

Could you clear your browser cache/open the website in an Incognito tab (CTRL+Shift+W on Windows), and try to view the page again?
