[NSFW] banner under navigation bar

  • Hi,
    my site is [NSFW] https://gagafashionland.com, I’d like to use Twenty Twelve theme and would love to know how to add a horizontal banner underneath the <— older newer —> navigation bar w/o the theme losing its responsive character.

    Can you first activate the Twenty Twelve theme?

    The theme is activated. I add the banner underneath the navigation bar but when I want to enter the site via iPhone, the content is divided: first goes the “posts” part in a very narrow format and underneath the 5th post starts the widget sidebar. Is there any way I can ad the horizontal bar underneath the content w/o the site getting divided on smartphones? Thank you!!!
