banner with latest posts AdCode

    I want to create banner with size 300×250 or similar and automatically display inside 4 latest post from certain category. Is there some code or trick to import latest posts into banner with image and title.
    After thah i want another sites to display this banner to advertise us.
    Im using pro version of Adrotate.
