Bar appears in Word Press Themes

If you look at my site:
https://www.designershoebuys.com/shoes, you’ll notice a grey bar across the top, that wasn;t present in the default theme. I have been told that this is a WP issue. Does anyone know why this bar is there and how can I get rid of it?
