Bar is cut off unless logged in as admin

    My notification bar only appears correctly when I am logged in as a user. When a guest or logged out user visits the page, the bar breaks and the message is cut off and the close button is on a separate line. How do I fix? Here is an image of the example: https://imgur.com/a/8Zm93C7

    Hello @tidalchiro,

    I looked at your site; nothing related to our plugin was seen in the page source.
    So, when you get the chance, could you please check whether the plugin is active and if the ‘Enabled’ setting is checked?

    Hey, unfortunately I have uninstalled the plugin and went with a different one. Thanks anyway.
