Bar Rendering Differntly

    The notification bar shows up differently on my screen than on my mobile and on my co-workers screen. Background, button and formatting is not showing correctly for others. I’ve tried clearing the site cache and that didn’t work. Is there anything else I can try?

    On my co-workers screen, the text is left justified (not centered), there is no button (only a text link), the close button is on the left instead of the right, and the background and font colors are not the same. I wish I could upload an image.
