Bar that indicates that the page is loading

Hello good Morning.

First, thank you so much for developing this plugin.

In the PWA it is possible to show the user a bar at the top, like the google bar that indicates that the page is loading; Please I really need a bar that tells the user that the page is loading, otherwise the user thinks that the page is not loading or simply that nothing is happening.

Please is this possible?

I really like the plugin, but it lacks something that tells the user that the page is loading.
