Barc Chat not working on Apple Devices

  • Hello, I see this same question all over various forums and I have the same problem. I like Barc chat on my blog, but it doesn’t seem to work on any i-devices. Not on iPad or iPhone.
    The CHAT ROOM link appears, but when we tap on an i-device, the circle just spins and spins and spins

    Can you direct me to someplace in the settings to correc this? Like I said, I see the same exact question being asked in many forums, so I’m not the only one with this issue. thanks!!!
