Pretty much everything useful in this theme is behind a paywall, and the premium version is overpriced for what it does – would not recommend.

If all you want is a simple, fairly non-customisable agency template with some reasonable features, this is fine. The theme loads well, is lightweight, and looks okay, though the design is visually quite clunky with odd typography choices and – due to the paywall – you’re stuck with it. There are some nice touches in animations, but nothing groundbreaking, though the ability to import demo data will be useful for those who struggle designing from the ground up, and I do love that the theme avoids the use of WPBakery style plugins. Overall, fine, but not worth using as a free theme.
