    Then you don’t have your base directories configured optimally.

    You should only need one base directory.

    Base Directory 1: path/to/parent/directory

    [fileup sub=”fa-username”]

    This points to:

    path/to/parent/directory/joesmith
    or
    path/to/parent/directory/bobjones
    or
    path/to/parent/directory/janejenkins

    [fileup showto=administrator] will then point to:

    path/to/parent/directory

    and the administrator will be able to choose from any of its subdirectories, e.g., “joesmith” or “bobjones” or “janejenkins”

    The configurations are endless, but your Base Directory should point to the parent directory that all your necessary iterations will have in common.
