Base Price is not updating

I figured out that it’s a conflict with the Genesis Connect for WooCommerce plugin. Is there anything that can be done about this conflict? I need that plugin for my theme to work correctly with WooCommerce.

The link to the product page is only visible to logged in wholesale users.

is this a free or commercial plugin? If this is a free we can try to plain a tests. If this is a premium plugin you should try to contact the plugin author and ask if possible to doing a tests. Of course we are here to help the author of Genesis Connect for WooCommerce plugin if needed.

@agengineering This is a free plugin. When I disable it, the calculated total updates without any problems.

Could you share the url of this plugin with me, please? I’ll try to doing some tests.

Hi there,
the issue seems to be related to the template structure.
This plugin seems that change the template, in this case the script lost the dom reference and it’s not possible to update the price correctly. To solve the issue the only way is to add the support for this plugin but you need to contact a developer for this, you should look here: job.wordpress.net

@agengineering Thanks for that info, Andrea. This sounds like a bigger job than I anticipated. I will probably look for a different plugin. Appreciate the help!
