Base64 Password Reset URL's 404

  • I have a WordPress installation (https, Woocommerce) where password reset emails appear to be broken.

    You can fill out the ‘Forgot Password’ form and you receive an email, but the URL’s are in Base64 and they 404, preventing you from actually resetting the password.

    I found someone else with a similar issue, but his site was not HTTPS.
