    Regarding the first problem, something in the code of your main page is attempting to link to https://www.tricitypsychology.com/logs , which is protected by HTTP authentication. Since you shouldn’t be linking there at all, you should probably find what part of the code is linking there and remove it.

    For the second problem, Go to Settings/Permalinks and set your permalink structure again. This time, include the trailing slash. Use:

    /%postname%/

    Once you click the “Save Changes” button, WordPress will either automatically update the .htaccess file for you or give you instructions on how to do it manually.

    Thank you for your support… I did have a script that I had placed in the HTML folder in error. I also have rectified the permalinks problem… almost got everything back to normal! ??
