Have you asked the theme developer for help? That’s included with the theme – and commercial themes are not supported on these forums – partly because we don’t have access to them – so don’t know how they are set up.

We can help with general WP questions, but this one is theme-specific – sounds like you need a different template for that page, perhaps?
