Basic features does not seem to work for me

  • Sorry, I coukd not make it work aftre reading the documentation. Two bugs experienced:
    1. one (actually the first) of the categories specified with “ids” is not showing up on the web site, just the others,
    2. whatever number I specify in “columns” parameter, I have only one column.
    Either my bad, or looks buggy, or maybe just not compatible with the latest WooCommerce version.

  • well mate the best thing you can do is contact their support they can walk you through everything, and help you solve any issue you might have.
    In my opinion you shouldn’t give a one star rating to an addon without trying to see if you are doing something wrong.
