• UPDATE #2 : Still waiting for refund (after one week). See notation / reply below. Dropping review back down to one star due to long delay with refund. Will bump it back up if I can get the refund.

    UPDATE: I had previously given this plugin one star, but now I realize that my security plugin was preventing it from working properly.

    Pros: The geographic tracking of users appears to be very accurate, especially for international visitors.

    Con: From what I can see, the plugin is largely unable to display referring addresses. I have about 100 domain names that redirect users to my site. It would be nice if the plugin could display the domain names that users type in to arrive at my site. (One of the other statistics plugins does this, but the geo tracking of that one is not as good.)

    regarding this issue, I’m sure you have another issue or a caching plugin enabled (please clean your site cache and try)

    Regarding the refund request, please contact us to resolve this issue with you, our sales department usually refund any order within one week so please be patient

    Thanks I have updated the review; the biggest issue was my security plugin.

    If you can make it so the statistics can show referring addresses (I have 100 domains that redirect to my site, and I’d love to be able to track which domains get the most type-in traffic), I will give your plugin five stars.

    Okay, because of the problem with not displaying forwarding URL’s (mentioned above), I would like to move forward with requesting a refund (refund request submitted Friday of last week).

    I know you sell your plugin through a 3rd-party site (Plugins Market), and they were very responsive… but they said they need to wait for YOU to approve the refund request. They responded to me almost immediately (last week), but apparently they’re still waiting for YOU to approve the refund.

    I’m looking at the email from “Plugins-Market” (PM); I know you know what I’m talking about, because PM is what you linked to in your initial message in this thread (above).

    Order 130455641 is most definitely what’s in the email; I’m not hallucinating. That would be a very specific thing to hallucinate.

    No company would use “4 digits,” since that would limit you to only 10,000 possible combinations.

    Perhaps you’re confusing order number with “last four of credit card,” which is the only thing in the email from PM that relates to “4 digits.”

    The last four of my CC is 4411.

    Sir,
    When you purchased the product, the order details sent to your email. We just need the plugins-market order nuber (like yhis #1234).

    Or your plugins-matket account username or email to refund your money…

    We don’t have access to the payment gateway to check your details without having the order email…
