    I put contact form 7 into my site. I created a page for contact. I added the code [contact-form 3 "test"] on the age. I filled out the form but no email was sent. Is there a step I am missing? Is there someplace to tell contact form 7 where to send the info?

  • Yes, you need to enter the address you want the mail to go to, when someone fills out your form. Here’s a video that shows you how to set up ContactForm 7, including where that address goes.

    OK, fittingsites I get that part of the setup. Thank you. Here is what I am looking to do, as I load a page post entries I want to load a slide show that displays across the top of the page. Maybe it loads in the_loop, maybe I load an array and feed the slide show from the array. Can I do that using contact form 7 or some other plugin?

    Sorry Brain fart. I have so many plugins going on that I forgot which one I was talking about. I am still having trouble with the send. I think I will uninstall it and try again.

    Sounds like a conflict with another plugin possibly,

    I’d start by deactivating all plugins except CF7, and see if you still have troubles sending the form. If that comes out OK, turn on the plugins one at a time and re-test until you find the culprit.

    As for your other question, you may want to open a separate topic here in the forum. Posting multiple questions on a single thread is frowned upon.

    Thanks. I will try that with the plugins. I am new to wordpress and I am still learning the rules to how the forum works.
