Basic Slideshow not automated?

    Hi,

    I noticed that the Basic Slideshow doesn’t seem to come with any type of automation settings.

    I went through the setup wizard, watched the video and read through the Basic Slideshow instructions on your website. And all of these seem to indicate that there should be some type of automation included in the Basic Slideshow.

    But the version of the plugin I downloaded yesterday from www.ads-software.com does not offer any type of automation function. I used it on a site a year ago and it did – which is why I noticed the change in this new version.

    Could you confirm that the Basic Slideshow now only offers manual scrolling?

    You’ll be happy to know the setting is returning today in another update. Along with other settings, like transition and timing, etc.

    Hey @maggie96 – Just an update. We’re testing this today, and decided on a couple last minute changes. That’ll push this release to tomorrow.

    We’ll be adding options for autoplay, arrows, pause on hover, interval, transition speed, and transition style.

    Thank you! That’s really great news!
    My client has a lot of oddly sized images and your slider actually displays
    them in a way that doesn’t make the page height keep changing.
