    ?Hello,

I just finished a client’s website but checked their timetable on my mobile and it’s not showing up at all.

If I simulate the mobile view with Google Chrome on a desktop, it displays, but not on my mobile.

The issue seems to be related to wpDataTables compatibility with Elementor but I have another client (Client 2) using the same wpDataTables with Elementor and their tables display just fine on my mobile. The difference with that client is that Client 2 is using version 2.1.25 of wpDataTables. Client 1 (with the issue) is using 2.1.29 of wpDataTables.

?I’m wondering how to roll back the plugin version or if someone can help sort out the issue. This is very urgent.

Look forward to hearing from you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello there.

Unfortunately, we can’t access the page (it comes back with 404).

The difference between these lite versions is that we’ve included the sanitize option to protect from some vulnerabilities.

You can use FTP to copy the entire wpDataTables folder from Client2 and replace the folder in ../wp-content/plugins/ on Client1s website.

We would, however, like to take a look at this, so can you please share as much info as possible about how we can replicate the issue? What’s the source table type (Excel, CSV, Google Spreadsheet, etc); which columns does it contain (column types), how did you add the table in Elementor?

We’ll do our best to replicate the issue based on your instructions, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we check it out.

    Kind regards.
