Basic training resources

Hello folks. I have done a couple sites now for clients in wordpress and will be adding a few more to this list.

I need to train the clients and would rather start with basic resources rather then repeating myself for each client.

Can anyone point me to a good set of resources. I do not mind paying.

Just need something clean simple, video and pdf, preferably. THinking of making a packet that I can hand to clients when done.
