Basics Selection Scrolling

Have you tried deleting the text “Select or search for a gallery” from the field? If you do that, the galleries should appear.

Yes, I cleared the field, still scrolls.

Is there a Javascript error if you open the developer console in your browser? In Chrome for example, you can open it by pressing Ctrl + Alt + C.

Seems to be related to an update, the NGG was working yesterday before this update. If I know what to look for with inspect element, I could check for it. Here is the site; https://goo.gl/EP4p7S

We would be looking for any JavaScript errors in the console (of inspect element). To open the console in Chrome, follow these instructions: https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/console#basic-operation

Just post any error messages that are being displayed, or a screenshot should do as well.

There were no JavaScript errors related to the gallery. However, I did find the solution, by referring to this wiki about shortcodes: https://wpgetready.com/wiki/nextcellent-plugin/common-shortcodes/the-nggallery-shortcode/

By inserting [nggallery id=”4″/] instead of [nggallery id=4] we were able to pull images properly. The Basics selector was never resolved as seen in this screenshot https://i.imgur.com/KnusUI4.png.
