Baskerville Sidebar – does it need to be activated?

Ok, so something is wrong with your permalinks. ??

Try re-saving your permalink structure at Settings/Permalinks in your admin panel. If WordPress cannot automatically edit the .htaccess file, it will provide manual instructions after saving.

Sidebar disappears in mobile view. Any way to ensure that the sidebar is visible?

@kareneaz You’ll need to override the style that is hiding it. You can install a WP plugin that allows you to inject styles into your site. This should do the trick.

.sidebar {
display: block;
width: 100%;
}

You sidebar will be right at the bottom of the page. I’ve added width: 100% so it uses full width on mobile.

Hi, clintongreen! Could you please help me out of this mess with a sidebar on home page. I already tried everything, but unfortunately i didnt success to add that to the correct place. What should I do?

@w00xik It is very tricky. I created a child theme for Baskerville that shows the sidebar on the Homepage but I can’t post any links on this forum. They get deleted unfortunately. I just put up a link on my site. Should take a while for google to find it but search for “Baskerville Child Theme – Sidebar on Homepage”

@w00xik Actually I had a read through the rules and it seems I can post links after all. Go to https://clintongreen.com/wp and download the child theme from there.
