Basket discount across products not working

Hi i have a shop with 4 simple products. I am trying to apply 20% across basket if they buy 3 or more products in total. It does not matter if they chose 1 ech of 3 different products or 3 of the same… should still get 20% off.

I have configured with the wc_bulk_discount_configurer private product and no discount is showing in basket no matter what combination of products and quantities i add.

Help!
