Basket issue

    Hi,

    Just installed this plugin – it’s working fine in regards to creating rules for certain products/users so they have free shipping. However since installing, it won’t let me remove all items from the basket for some reason? It’s always leaving one product in. Could this be conflicting with another plugin possibly?

    I’ve not heard of such issue before, could you explain how you’ve determined it is related to this plugin?

    Hi Jeroen,

    Just putting it out there to see if anyone else was experiencing a similar issue, not necessarily saying its definitely this plugin, hence why I said maybe it’s conflicting.

    I’m using it in conjunction with members plugin & YITH unique pricing and discounts – have you experienced any conflicts with your plugin and these before at all?

    Any advice is appreciated.

    Hi,

    I don’t think I’ve seen this before / any specific conflicts with those plugins. I was just curious how you’ve lead this back to the WAFS plugin, did you disable this plugin and it got resolved?

    Are you running WPML?

    Ok it must be another one of the plugins I listed, I just wanted to check if you experienced any conflicts.

    Yes I disabled and was working ok but like I say it must be another plugin conflicting.
