batch process local video album

I have a locally hosted video (110) gallery within a wp theme,
however the video gallery is not part of the theme and does not provide a way for video seo plugin to process it.

Is there a way to bulk convert/import existing .mp4 videos (each video has its own html page) with their file descriptions meta data using WP Gallery Bank?
