    Hi,

It’s currently not possible to batch process PDFs for multiple entries, but it is on our roadmap.

I’m not sure exactly what you mean about the Excel documents. If you are talking about displaying the results of the excel file in the PDF it may be possible with a PHP Excel Reader and a custom PDF template. We’ve never tried this integration before so I cannot comment on how effective it would be.

I was able to select all of the entries and export to PDF. But there are a couple lookup fields that are just displaying the ID field when we want to have the actual value of a pick list. Is there anyway we can update the plugin so it looks up the actual value of a picklist and not the ID value?

Any timeframe on the batch process road map item?

Could we pay for any custom development for this plugin such as reading the Excel into a custom PDF – since some users are uploading a few excel spreadsheets into the form and we need it to output in the basic form output – we dont need anything fancy just have everything output when we search on some fields, etc.

    Thank you.

Batch processing is still a while off (I won’t comment on a time frame as it depends on a large number of factors). We’re currently developing Gravity PDF 4.0. There are a few other features on the road map before this as well.

At this time the only services we offer users is for custom PDF templates which will generate a single PDF with data from a single entry. While the tools may be there we won’t be able to integrate the data from your excel documents as they aren’t currently on our approved list of packages – all third party packages need to go through a vetting process which can take considerable time.

I hear good things about Codeable.io. You may find a developer there who will be able to undertake your project.
