I bought the animation upgrade and have added Batch Scroll to my pages. There’s some instability on the first page, which is long, with a lot going on. Intermittently, none of the text below the grid of photos shows at all. It was working fine this weekend, then when I tried it today, no text. I took the animation out and started over. I thought maybe it would do better if I used it in smaller groupings. It was okay. Then it stopped displaying again.

I seem to be able to force the malfunction by calling up some of the other pages, then going back to the first page. Refreshing it gets it working again. Why is this so unstable? How do I troubleshoot this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

EDIT: I’ve reverted back to the page without the batch scroll. I’ve set up that section here:

At this writing, it’s working properly. There are two containers in the segment, one with a wider page width. I did the batch scroll by selecting the individual elements within the two containers and setting them within an animation container, then setting up for the effect. I need to figure out why this stopped functioning.

I see that it’s working for me. Can you give details what is not working for you?

Just tried to call up the actual page I’ve got it on and it did the bad thing. I had to refresh the page to get the scrolling content to appear and do its effect.

It just did it again. Hopefully, you’ll get to see it too.

Could it have something to do with having two batch scrolls going on the same page? I was thinking of getting the wider content to work with individual CSS tags, so there’d only be one batch scroll on the page.

I see bug, this can be related to bug of GSAP library, I will send report to them.

Okay. If it’s of any value, I tried out my theory that it’s because I was using more than one batch animation calls in the same document, but it didn’t make any difference.

Then I deleted the complicated collage of boxes at the top and the problem was gone. So, it looks like there a conflict between the two bits. Any idea of a work-around?

Or, alternatively, how do you create that effect individually? Or something comparable?
