BB doesn't show up

    I’ve used BB on other sites and it works just fine, but it’s not working on this site.

    I’m modifying a site created by another developer. There is a lot of custom code in a child theme of Twenty Thirteen. I looked at your list of known conflicts and there isn’t any.

    There may be something missing in the code. The admin bar wasn’t working at all and I found out there was missing ‘<?php wp_footer(); ?>’ code in the footer.php file that I added and now it’s visible.

    However, when I try to start BB from within the page, from the page listing or on the admin bar, it flashes a white screen for a second, then returns to the previous screen.

    I deactivated all of the plugins and it still doesn’t work.

    Hey Azcurlygurl,

    Thanks for posting! Given that the theme was missing the wp_footer(); function, it might be missing the wp_head(); function as well on the header. Could you double check? This should be found inside the <head> tag.
