• Hi there …

    I’m running WordPress 4.7 with Tesseract Theme 2.7.1 and 3 plugins including Beaver Builder Lite 1.9.2 and it has been working seamlessly until today.

    I had to correct a few spelling errors and when I opened the page I needed to edit the Page Builder failed to load. It opens my website with the following in the url …

    The builder doesn’t not load. I tried editing the spelling mistakes in text editor and now my website is broken!

    I have tried going back to previous revisions of the website … no luck.

    I deactivated all the plugins to see if they were causing an error … no luck.

    I even tried deactivating BB and reactivating it … no luck.

    I’m working in Chrome and have the same problem in Safari.

    Please help!

    I have the same problem as Casasnorden, though my website isn’t broken – I just can’t edit anything using Beaver Builder Lite 1.9.2. Everything has worked perfectly since May of this year with the Tesseract Theme, then, last night I added a video from YouTube and, since, when I try to edit the page using BBL, none of the text boxes are editable. I usually work in Safari but changed to Chrome on Windows to test and still no joy. Have deactivated, deleted and re-installed to no avail.

    Thanks for posting!

    What happens when you try loading up the page builder? Do you get any errors? Does the builder interface appear but not respond? Do you think you can take a screenshot of what happens when you launch it if you think it helps?

    I am having this same issue, but only on some pages. The page builder only loads part way. I have recently updated my WordPress site to 4.7, but that is the only change I have made. I have a screen shot, but don’t see an option here to upload it.

    I am able to get it working if I create a new page and transfer content over.

    I don’t think you can upload them here but you could upload it to your media library and send us a link to that. Let me know.

    UPDATE: I have narrowed the problem (for my website) down to the plugin “List category posts” by Author: Fernando Briano. If anyone has a workaround, I would appreciate hearing about it. I was using this plugin to display a major part of my website content. This will set me back quite a bit having to rework everything. ??

    @getsports have you tried increasing the memory limit on your server? It looks like that might be the case here. Here’s a post talking about how to do that…
