BBCode plugin not to download

i read on this supportforum that it should be possible to download a plugin for bbcode from https://www.procata.com/software/wordpress-bbcode/ but if i click the file there i get a new broser with a lot of things in it but it is not possible to download. anyone having the same problem or a suggestion how to fix it or is the plugin available anywhere else on the internet??
