hi, just after installing BBPress, the max menu has broken, and all the site. I have solved it in MAx Mega Menu options setting to load javascript in head. It is a local enviroment so i cannot show you a link.

    Best Regards

    Hi, i found:

If both plugins BBPress and Max Mega Menu are activated you can see an error:

Notice: bbp_setup_current_user was called incorrectly. The current user is being initialized without using $wp->init(). Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 2.3.) in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/mimo-plugins/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3547

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/mimo-plugins/wp-includes/functions.php:3547) in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/mimo-plugins/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1178

I get the same error(with a blank page) when i try to save the Max Mega Menu settings page and BBPress forum is activated.

I have WP_DEBUG set to true

Thank you very much for your attention
    Best regards

    Hi Mimo,

Thanks for the info, that matches what I’m seeing. I’ll add in a fix for the next version. If you google the error you’ll see it happens quite a lot, the usual ‘solution’ is to disable WP_DEBUG. There will also be an option in the next version to output the megamenu css to your uploads folder which should also work around it.

    Tom

This should be fixed in 1.7 ??

I think this has been causing an overload on my server – getting complaints from tech support. I tried the bbpress beta – still getting flooded with the error. Disabled and looking forward to the new update!
